If you purchased a license, please include your license number with your communication with INCONTROL or INCONTROL representative. The reference number and support password are supplied on a separate sheet that came with your software. Note that you use the license information from version 6.0 or up!

If you have an Educational Suite license or Educational Classroom license, you only have one support account.
